Performance,
not instruction.

Private golf performance for people whose calendars are the hardest part of their game. The body is treated as what it is: the one piece of equipment that appears in every shot you will ever hit.

Nº 01The Two Doors

Members arrive through one of two doors.

Most members discover the two doors open into the same room.

Nº 02The Discipline

Your swing is built on what your body can do.

Instruction refines technique. Performance work expands what technique has to work with: rotation, stability, sequencing, speed, and a body that recovers instead of complains. GGP works that side of the game exclusively, in private, so every hour with your teaching professional returns more.

The best swing thought is a body that doesn’t need one.

Nº 03The Screen

Measured first. Prescribed second.

Every engagement opens with a comprehensive movement screen: mobility, stability, and balance, read against the demands of your swing and the way your body feels at the end of a round. The screen itself is a TPI screen. The reading of it, and everything built on it, is ours. From there, a plan is written for one golfer.

Nº 04The Picture

Begin with the round you want.

Every member arrives holding a picture: a round they want back, or one they have not played yet. The work here is simple to say and demanding to do. Get the body to keep that appointment.

Nº 05The Membership

Eight sessions. Four weeks.
Built from your screen.

The shape is deliberate, built for calendars like yours. Four weeks is roughly the window a body needs to absorb a new stimulus before returns on it slow, so each block carries one focused emphasis and the next advances it. Twice a week in person is the floor the research keeps confirming for real strength change, and the self-directed days in between keep the needle moving, with accountability, between visits. All of it is structure, not rule, and it adjusts to the life it serves. Vacations, work trips, and the season away are planned into the block from the start, not squeezed around it.

The Screen

Mobility, stability, and balance, measured before anything is prescribed. The screen sets the plan; nothing here is off the shelf.

The Block

Eight private sessions across four weeks, twice a week, refined session to session as your numbers move and your body responds.

Between Sessions

One to three self-directed days each week, written by GGP around your goals: mobility, strength, speed, or stamina, built to travel with you. Two hours in person; the whole week designed.

The Review

A written review closes each block: what moved, what comes next, and how the following block builds on it.

Nº 06The Difference

Built for Greenwich. Not adapted to it.

GGP was designed from the first session for the people who live and work here: dense calendars, high standards, and no appetite for theater.

Mobility, Taken Seriously

Most training makes you stronger. Very little of it makes you moveable. Every session invests real time in mobility: opening rotation through the hips and thoracic spine, restoring what desks and long seasons quietly take, and closing with a guided reset that leaves the body loose. Strength you cannot access is strength you do not have on the course.

Discomfort Is Information

A tight back and a fading drive are rarely separate problems. Restriction shows up as discomfort off the course and as lost speed on it. The work treats both as one signal, which is why members tend to leave sessions looser than they arrived, and why the golf tends to follow.

Around Your Calendar

Early, before the first call. Midday, between meetings. Weekends, before the round. Home base is Greenwich, with sessions in private facilities around town, your building’s fitness center, your home, or your club’s fitness center where arrangements allow. Booking is direct and personal, never through a front desk.

Anthony’s path to golf ran through the corners of professional sport: an exercise science degree, then strength and conditioning work in professional boxing, preparing Edner Cherry for nights when the body had to deliver on schedule.

Hundreds of hands-on mobility sessions across Greenwich followed, many of them with golfers. The lesson repeated at every level: performance improves when someone studies the person first and prescribes second. Greenwich Golf Performance is that method made into a practice.

Nº 08Considerations

Asked, and answered.

A meeting just landed on top of my session. Now what?+

It moves. Last-minute meetings, work trips, and family weeks away are the normal rhythm of this membership, not exceptions to it. The block was built for exactly these calendars: two in-person sessions a week, rescheduled directly when life claims a slot, with your self-directed days flexing around the change.

Summer travel is non-negotiable. Is that a problem?+

It is expected. Share the dates when a block begins and the block is written around them from the start, with your self-directed days, built to travel, carrying the weeks away. Longer absences pause cleanly and resume where you left off.

Will this replace my teaching professional?+

No, and it is not meant to. GGP trains the body; your professional trains the swing. Members typically find that lessons land better once the body can do what is being asked of it. Your pro stays your pro.

My issue is a stiff back more than my handicap. Is this still for me?+

Especially then. Discomfort and lost performance are usually the same restriction wearing two costumes. Sessions are built to send you out looser than you walked in, and the golf tends to follow.

Where do sessions take place?+

Wherever serves the work. Private facilities in Greenwich are home base, with sessions also arranged in your building’s fitness center, your home, or your club’s fitness center where arrangements allow. Location flexes; the standard does not.

How does membership work?+

A standing engagement, not a punch card. Membership runs continuously in four-week blocks: eight private sessions, twice a week, with one to three self-directed days written by GGP in between. Each block closes with a written review of what moved and what comes next, and travel or season pauses are handled directly.

Does nutrition play a part?+

Yes. No one fills a Formula 1 car with regular unleaded and expects it to win. Members receive nutrition direction matched to the work and their goals, because premium output asks for premium fuel.

Who is this for?+

Players who take the game seriously enough to prepare for it. Executives protecting limited hours, parents building family golf years, competitors chasing speed, and anyone whose body has started negotiating with their swing.
